CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

PROPOSAL/CONTRACT

We will take all of our information from the initial meeting and list it out in a "Proposal of Services" document. If you agree will info and estimated hours of service you will sign and it becomes our Contract for the project.

INITIAL MEETING

Come tell us what kind of space you've been thinking about. Most of our clients have a collection of images and plans they have been saving for years. Bring us all your ideas and let us help make it a reality.

DESIGN

This is the FUN part. We work with you to layout the best possible solution for your project, timeline, and budget. This is a collaborative process where we listen and then design and then review the project with you.

BUILD

We have trusted contractors that we work with and can recommend. We can stay involved during construction or let you take the plans and run with them. We just want to celebrate with you at the end of a successful project.
