This project is Phase 2 of the Tryon Estates Apartments project. Management decided to create an updated common space for all tenants to use. Our design transforms the existing maintenance office into a resident gym and updates the communal laundry room. Pool upgrades were also advised. Our team worked with the owners to create an amenities building that would benefit both residents and staff. We supplied the builder with a set of construction documents which included interior design selections. The building is currently under construction and we expect the project to be complete by early 2018.
