OLD LIBRARY UPFIT

​This wonderful structure was built circa 1850 and underwent a renovation and addition in 1984.  Our project centered around the 1984 addition and included a new bedroom and an enlarged and new kitchen opening up the space with a arched opening into the existing living room and rear patio.  We enclosed a portion of the existing over-sized screened porch adding a laundry, half bath, and pantry with side entry to the existing yard and new entry onto the smaller screened porch.  GO Design GO Build, LLC completed the renovations and Studio FourThirteen completed the interior design.
