This cutie cottage is a single car garage with living space above and fits nicely into the back yard of this downtown New Bern residence.  The form of the cottage matches the existing house with a lovely side porch entry to the garage giving easy covered entry into the space.  The second floor plate was kept low to diminish the overall height but still giving a full living space upstairs.  Hardie board lap siding and azek trim were used on this project. GO Architectural Design, PLLC completed the design and all reviews by the New Bern Historic Preservation Commission and GO Design GO Build, LLC completed the construction on this project.
