This is one of the last large scale empty lots in downtown New Bern and this group wanted to develop 8 townhouses with roof-top access.  Four of the townhouses are positioned to face Broad Street with the remaining units perpendicular and located on the interior of the lot. The owners wanted a classic clean Federalist Style in brick masonry.  Garage access to the units for the front lots are positioned in the rear while the interior facing units have a front garage access.  Creating the interior parking access lets the units facing Broad Street really present a classically styled building.  Below are rendering developed for the project and we are awaiting construction.
