This is an ongoing joint project between the City of New Bern and Craven County to develop and Entrepreneur Center.

The existing building is a two story masonry building with central corridor and broken up into offices on both floors.  The program of the new space is to create a funky fun open office environment conducive to collaboration. The open spaces are separated with writable glass panels and hanging metal wall dividers.  Single office spaces are housed on the second floor with common meeting and collaboration spaces.
