This beautiful property on the Trent River had been waiting for renovation for many years and we felt privileged to be a part of this process.  The house had sat empty with old carpet and a few roof leaks and a very dated interior.  We updated all finish materials including flooring, fixtures, lighting, painting, windows, and doors.  We changed around the master bedroom plan creating a walk in closet and opened up the dining area adding a new window out to the road.  The wood flooring is a floating laminated wood floor.  The kitchen cabinets were left and painted a dove grey and new granite counters and appliances were installed.
