This project came to us when the now owners of an apartment complete in New Bern, NC needed plans for their diligence period. The apartments had never been renovated and needed a serious update. Our team went through and measured all 4 types of apartment layouts and immediately started on the plans. Each apartment was given a new floor plan to open up the living and kitchen areas. FF&E selections were also made by our interior designer. Renderings of the final design were created for management to include in their new marketing packets.
